This practical construction knowledge allows me to approach inspection negotiations with clarity, confidence, and perspective, often saving my clients unnecessary stress and expense.

I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations through the National Association of Realtors.
